We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Our policy lasts **30 days**. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please **do not send your purchase back** without contacting us first.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at refund@trendoraa.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for return
We’ll review your request and, if eligible, provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within **5–7 business days** to your original payment method.

- Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times vary)

Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Some health and personal care items (e.g. face masks, hygiene products)
- Clearance or final sale items
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@trendoraa.com.
